SERVICE NOW // Explainer Video

As a part of a larger explainer video for Light Step, Service Now’s Incident Response Program, I was brought on as the motion designer to solve the unique challenge of showing the many uses for Light Step. Using the approach of showing different scenes simultaneously in separate boxes, we were able to show many challenges at once, and convey how overwhelming they as a whole are. I designed and animated simple yet relatable characters, and unified each with color and iconography. In the end, an engaging way into the explainer view was created, allowing viewers to immerse themselves beforehand.
